Welcome to the Lyncourt Fire Department

The Village is sleeping

the siren blows-

someone is in trouble,

your Volunteer Fireman knows-

He has heard the call-

he is out of his bed-

while we perhaps

scarcely raise our heads-

The minutes are few,

seldom more than three,

before he is on his way to see-

how best he can serve his Community-

He risks his own life on every call-

he is always ready to serve us all-

Let us say a prayer

while the fires burn-

that to his Family

he will safely return

And when he asks for a helping hand 

let's rally round as a loyal band

of Neighbors all-

Remember he answers every call.
